About Professional Property Management
Patsy has managed and sold commercial and multi-family property exclusively since 1999.
Living and working in the Farmington, Missouri area all her life has given Patsy the expertise she needs to be the best.
Patsy got involved in the business when a former boss of hers bought a commercial property and it became her job to manage it. At the time, she already had her real estate license, and then added her broker’s license. As more people started contacting her and asking her to manage their properties, Patsy decided to branch out on her own, and thus Professional Property Management began.
Our Values...
Patsy and her associate, Kim, believe in taking care of the tenants (they do not restrict tenant care to set hours), in trust and attention to detail. Both Patsy and
Kim possess and demonstrate a genuine care for their tenants, and although they will get to know the tenants and their families by face and name, they are also professional enough to separate business from friendliness when need be due to non-payment of rent or trouble with other tenants.
Knowledge of the area comes from living in the area.
Patsy has had her real estate license since 1997 and has lived in the Farmington, Missouri area her entire life, which means she knows the area and the people. Her experience is with anything and everything commercial and multi8-family residential; she rents single family houses as well, but doesn't sell them. She has developed an extensive business network of:
- Property Owners
- Business People
- Contractors
- Developers
- Bankers
- City Government professionals
Accreditations
Patsy has and maintains her Real Estate license, which means she regularly participates in continuing education. In fact, she typically takes more training than warranted.
